The honest bit
Data influences a roadmap far less often than teams claim. The interesting question is which decisions are genuinely settled by evidence and which are judgement calls wearing a chart. The speakers are candid about the difference.

Where the conversation uses terms of art, they get a plain-English line first — because someone in the room is hearing it cold, and the room is cross-functional by design.
