What the archive is for
The show has lived on podcast platforms and a placeholder page. Platforms are good at delivery and bad at everything else: you cannot browse them by craft, they do not carry show notes worth reading, and they do not turn up in a search for the problem you are actually trying to solve.
So this is the canonical home. The platforms stay — follow the show wherever you already listen, and the links go straight out with nothing in the way.
Craft is the way in
The room holds every craft a product needs, and the archive is organised to prove it. Every episode carries up to three craft tags, and every craft has its own page. Product does not get a bigger tag than legal.
That is also a programming instrument. If a craft has no episodes this quarter, the tag data says so plainly — and that is a gap worth filling rather than a number worth hiding.
What is here
- Every episode, playable on the page, with the audio still served by the host.
- Show notes, guests, resources and chapters where they exist.
- Craft and topic filters that live in the URL, so a filtered archive is a link you can send someone.
What is not here
No accounts. No sign-in wall in front of the audio. No pop-ups, and no countdown telling you a conversation is about to expire — it is a podcast, and it will still be here on Thursday.
